This course is specifically designed for Korean speakers and focuses on listening and speaking skills. Whether students want to live in Australia one day or just have an interest in the language and culture, the listening activities will give them a taste of what it’s like to live and work in this country.

What you'll learn

Here you can find activities to practise your listening skills. Listening will help you to improve your understanding of the language and your pronunciation.

  • Important language and background information on what it’s like to work in different jobs in Australia

  • About a person’s typical day at work

  • About the cosmetics and makeup industry by hearing different stories from people

  • To express your own opinion on a topic and compare it with another’s.

How you'll learn

This course is fully online and self-paced, allowing you to study when it’s convenient for you. We expect this course to take a minimum of 10 hours to complete. Learning content includes comprehensive explanations in English and Korean, activities, podcasts and videos. There are no formal assignments required for this course, however all participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
